"Edit: My dog recently had surgery there and I had a much better experience....I did mention my previous issues with prescriptions hoping it was a one time thing.Updating my review to 3 stars I received 2 prescriptions I submitted both the chewy and they sat in their portal for 4 days without being approved. I kept calling the vet and was told that all the vets that can do approval were out of the office. My dog can't wait to start his antibiotics because I don't want his infection to get worse. I eventually just gave up and went to 3 different pharmacies until I could get them filled. Absolutely ridiculous.Wow I'm so impressed - thank you so much. Nero was so happy and calm there. If he's happy I'm happy. Very reasonable, no long wait times....followed up the next day with another prescription. Thank you for caring for my high maintenance boy!"
